Christy Mihina is an executive coach and OD consultant and the founder of Verge Coaching & Consulting. Through Verge, Christy and her collaborators equip leaders, teams, and individuals to be their best selves and do their best work through burnout and resilience programs, executive and team coaching, and organizational culture offerings. Across her 20-year career Christy has supported Fortune 100 executives and emerging leaders at all levels across multiple industries such as financial services, automotive, technology, healthcare and food & beverage. She is passionate about creating space to have courageous conversations that improve team performance and deepen collective leadership capabilities. In her coaching practice, she specializes in supporting high achieving women to overcome burnout, so that they can live and lead in a way that supports their success, satisfaction, and well-being. A dynamic coach and facilitator, her clients describe her as insightful, inspiring and “lit up” with positive energy. Christy is a credentialed coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and holds a master’s degree in Organizational & Leadership Development from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
