Built and grew the NLx to the nation’s paramount not-for-profit job search engine in five years (USnlx.com). NLx now lists over 2.5 million unique jobs per day nationwide, with over participating employers of all sizes. All 50 state workforce agencies along with DC, Guam, USVI, and Puerto Rico are participating with the job file exchange with the NLx within nine years, this level of participation has never been accomplished in US history. The partnership is a major win-win victory for the nation’s workforce development system, the NLx benefits employers by reducing their advertising and compliance costs and simultaneously benefits financially pressed state agencies by providing job feeds at no cost. The partnership agreement between NASWA & DE (to continue the NLx) has been signed for another ten years, through 2027.Championed the NLx as a better and cost effective alternative provider of job openings to federal agencies, Congress, and the White House. NLx is now a trusted job source, powering a growing number of federal jobs portals including (veterans job bank), myskillsmyfuture.org, and the national federal American Job Center portal http://jobcenter.usa.gov/,Support organizational partnerships with the US Chamber of Commerce (Hiring our Heroes program), the World Association of Public Employment Services (WAPES), Hilton Worldwide Honors Program, and many others.
