Analyze labor spend in each location to identify possibly under-utilized efficiencies in scheduling, compliance with meal breaks, and overtime spend.In the last 3 years, organization has come in under budget for labor spend across the organization, positively contributing to EBITDA targets and overall profitability for the organization.Configured and launched new timekeeping and attendance system, UKG Dimensions, to streamline weekly schedule generation for managers, create transparency in timecard management for hourly employees to limit liability, and create a mobile-friendly option for hourly employees to record their time. Brought to market employee self-service solutions to swap shifts with each other, cover each other shifts, or pick up shifts, increasing employee autonomy over scheduling within company-approved weekly hourly limits for part time and full time employees.For the organizational deployment of UKG Dimensions, and after, partnered with key leaders to launch this new solution to the field, and continue to enhance their understanding of the product, along with increasing understanding compliance of state and city labor regulations surrounding timekeeping and predictive scheduling.
