As Director of Talent (North America) at SALT XC, I lead the agency’s talent strategy, driving excellence in Talent Acquisition, Measurement, and Development across Canada and the U.S. Partnering closely with the Head of People & Culture, I oversee the recruitment of diverse, top-tier talent across Creative, Social Media, Digital, Media, Strategy, XM/Accounts, and more.I am responsible for building a best-in-class candidate and employee experience, leading end-to-end talent acquisition while developing and implementing strategies to enhance employer branding, diversity hiring, and workforce planning. By working with senior leadership, I anticipate evolving talent needs, optimize recruitment processes, and develop insight-driven hiring strategies to attract and retain exceptional talent.Beyond hiring, I drive talent measurement initiatives, developing dashboards and reports that analyze recruitment efficiency, employee engagement, and DEI efforts. I also play a key role in talent development, supporting onboarding, leadership training, and employee upskilling programs. Additionally, I oversee SALT’s Summer Squad program, providing early career talent with valuable hands-on industry experience.With a data-driven and people-first approach, I continuously evolve talent strategies to position SALT XC as a leader in attracting, engaging, and developing top industry talent.
