I believe in setting up teams with the right tools, leadership and goals, and then getting out of their way and letting them succeed. My technical background in information management and data warehouse, coupled with strong problem solving, general management, communications and presentation skills, makes me a valued participant at the boardroom table as well as in the bullpen.
