Created successful online retail company selling outdoor sports equipment and apparel internationally with a flagship physical location- As owner and CFO, was responsible for implementation of yearly budgets, payroll, tax filings and the accounting of all financial recordings and obligations utilizing various formats of Quickbooks products on Mac and PC- Was responsible for purchasing all inventory based upon marketing projections, sales forecasting and company revenue goals. Annual revenues pushed annually well over industry averages for small retail businesses- Created and trademarked an award winning logo and branding concept. Worked directly with international and local manufacturers to create logo apparel. Began wholesaling items to other retailers as well as furthering company image through brand marketing- Negotiated and was liable for maintaining various loans and credits with manufacturers and institutional lenders- Scheduled and attended many national tradeshows and selling events where we re-created a physical shopping experience with Rodeo Beach and the manufacturers we represented- Developed and implemented all staff member goals and responsibilities with an emphasis of team building and integration of company goals.
