Support the planning, development, and execution of demand generation campaigns, customer communications, and strategic marketing initiatives.• Plan and execute localized marketing efforts through agency partners including direct mail, shared mail, door hangers, flyers, and OOH across our five brands and twenty state footprint.• Execute large-scale direct mail campaigns to drive customer acquisition, ensuring seamless strategy, execution, and measurement.• Collaborate cross-functionally with Field Teams, Digital Marketing, Finance, and Analytics to align on goals and optimize campaign effectiveness.• Work with agencies to procure audience files, refine targeting lists, and develop new machine learning models for enhanced segmentation.• Drive continuous improvement, using data-driven insights to refine targeting.• Manage local print ads, advertorials, sponsorships, and co-branded materials.
