As Chief Executive Officer of Share Ourselves, I lead a Federally Qualified Health Center and community-based nonprofit dedicated to improving access to high-quality healthcare and essential support services for underserved individuals and families in Orange County.My role spans strategic leadership, organizational growth, and day-to-day operational oversight across clinical services, social services, development, finance, compliance, and community partnerships. I work closely with an engaged Board of Directors and senior leadership team to advance long-term strategy while navigating the complex regulatory, financial, and operational environment of FQHCs and nonprofit healthcare organizations.Key areas of focus include clinic expansion and capital projects, provider recruitment and workforce development, governance and board engagement, financial sustainability, and strengthening systems that allow teams to operate effectively and with purpose. I am deeply committed to using data to inform decision-making, fostering a strong and supportive organizational culture, and ensuring that our mission remains central as we grow and evolve.At the core of my work is a belief that strong leadership, thoughtful collaboration, and practical execution can create lasting impact—for patients, staff, volunteers, donors, and the broader community we serve.
