About Christy Tyer

I can’t believe it’s been 26 years, but here we are. From small projects to multi-billion-dollar programs and most things in between, I’ve been delivering projects in the energy and chemicals sector for 26 years. I have had a lot of fun working in this industry, and I’m proud to be entrusted with looking after the most exciting region in Worley. Americas Central is at the leading edge of Worley’s transformation to deliver a more sustainable world, executing both traditional and transformational projects. I’m focused on building the business so that Americas Central continues to be a place where each of our people gets to contribute and deliver great work for our customers. As I lead the team, a blend of conscious discipline, a strong sense of purpose and a healthy dose of humor go a long way in creating the forward momentum we need to succeed. I also invite a lot of voices to the table, empowering people to step up and take a lead in making decisions. That kind of ownership encourages teams to choose what is right over what is easy, something our customers have come to expect and value when partnering with Worley.
