I love engaging my passion, drive and strategic wisdom to influence others on a personal level as well as in business for the greater good. I am especially passionate about walking alongside leaders of mission-minded organizations who are committed to empowering people to reach their potential - staff, clients and anyone else they may serve. In Executive Coaching and Consulting, I draw from my extensive experience including my most recent role as CEO at Mercy Multiplied, and from my consulting with other leaders of mission-minded organizations. I will always be grateful to the many amazing leaders who poured into me throughout my professional life which includes experience ranging from direct sales, corporate sales, marketing and communications, capacity building and donor engagement, multiple non-profit board positions, to executive level leadership including of a mid-size ($10 mil) global non-profit. I\'ve honed my written and verbal communication skills through years of managing challenging media relations, developing and presenting training seminars and nurturing one-on-one relationships with high-profile donors and C level executives.
