Accomplished ergonomics engineering consultant with experience managing large-scale ergonomic initiatives across numerous industries. Supports ergonomic project deployments, performs ergonomic risk assessments and on-site data collection, facilitates Humantech’s Risk and Performance Improvement Deployment™ (RAPID) Team Events, redesigns workspaces, performs client research, and facilitates group training sessions. Helps companies link ergonomics and cost savings in terms of productivity, quality, and health and safety. Worked extensively with Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company in Europe in 2007. She also spent time as an ergonomics and biomechanics Research and Teaching Assistant at Queen’s University, overseeing labs, analyzing data, and speaking as a guest lecturer on the topics of ergonomics and biomechanics. She was involved in various projects at the university, including analyzing a personal lift-assist device to be worn by workers performing manual material handling tasks.
