Managed full life cycle recruiting for the Nuclear Pharmacy business segment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, evaluating, negotiating/offering, in addition to communicating with hiring managers on a regular basis to discuss candidate pipeline, provide feedback/advice, etc.• Proactively and creatively sources, leads and screens candidates to develop pools of talent for all positions across the Nuclear Pharmacy business segment• Assess candidates through competency-based screening, ensuring only qualified candidates are referred.• Ability to act as a mentor to less experienced colleagues• Ability to utilize local and community resources for proactive candidate sourcing• Persuasively sell the organization, role, and community to candidates
