ABOUT CHRISTY CRASE

Over twenty years of experience in drafting, negotiating, implementing and advising senior management of public and private corporations on complex, multinational business transactions. During my career as in-house counsel and an associate at two prominent law firms, I have represented companies in national and international transactions involving the reimbursement of dialysis and other healthcare treatments; the manufacturing, sale, distribution and marketing of medical devices; entity formation and dissolution; project development and finance; construction, engineering and facility management; mergers and acquisitions; agency, partnership, joint venture and public-private partnership arrangements. I have successfully managed complex litigation and large due diligence projects. I speak Spanish and have worked extensively throughout Latin America and Canada. I have a demonstrated ability to analyze complicated legal issues and communicate them in a clear and concise manner. I am a trusted legal advisor with strong business acumen. I am highly skilled at applying principled legal judgment to multifaceted business issues in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. I am a recognized leader and a persuasive speaker with effective written and verbal communication skills. I have served on the board of several non-profit organizations and am currently a board member of the DPS Foundation.
