ABOUT CHRIS TURPIN

PERSONAL/PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY: My working life’s devotion is to help to build a culture that inspires employee engagement and customer loyalty. I aspire to work for – and play a key role in – a ‘visionary’ organization that embraces collaboration, teamwork, accountability, genuine compassion for both customers and employees, joy, and work ‘that matters,\' which I have found at HandCraft Linen Services! I am a successful business executive (and adjunct professor!) with over 35 years of successful experience at ‘organizational problem-solving’, ‘leadership that inspires’, and \'fearless communication\'. I have the ability to assess and – in collaboration with others - develop practical solutions for organizational issues large and small. I believe my ‘gifts’ are:Seasoned Judgment, Driving Execution, Empowering Others, Fostering Open Dialogue, Inspiring Trust, Adaptability, Building Relationships, Influencing and Negotiating, Mature Confidence.MY PROFOUND LIFE LESSONS: In self-reflection and soul searching, I have come to realize that many of my ‘profound insights’ (on Life) have come from my mother: things that I learned from her as a child that became part of my own personal beliefs, values, and experiences. To list a few: ‘Two wrongs do not make a right’; ‘Manners are a nice way of doing things’; Everything happens for a reason’; ‘Always give a 100% and be honest’; ‘Treat people the way you want to be treated’; ‘Always do the right thing’; ‘No one is perfect’; and ‘If you don’t have something nice to say- don’t say it’. Thank you, Mom!*Disclaimer: I am not a spokesperson for HandCraft Linen Services.
