ABOUT CHRISTOPHER TRIVEDI

Since 2022 I have been working as a Bioinformatics Scientist at LGC Biosearch Technologies where I process and deliver NGS data as well as help to develop and maintain bioinformatic pipelines using Python, R, and Bash. Prior to my role in industry, I was a postdoctoral scientist and graduate student. In these roles I worked as an environmental microbiologist investigating microorganisms in extreme environments including glaciers and hot springs. I have extensive experience in field research including logistics and sampling, as well as over 10 years of wet lab experience conducting DNA/RNA extractions, PCR, and NGS library prep.
