Christos has specialized since 1991 in recruiting senior level executives for the Life Science sector, with a focus on Board Director, CEO and C-Suite recruiting for well-established public companies as well as venture/private equity backed startups. His clients range from start-up to billion dollar market cap clients span the biotech, pharmaceutical, MedTech (Devices and Diagnostics), Healthcare Services and Healthcare IT sectors. Christos has led over 375 executive search and consulting projects, including more than 200 successful chief executive officer and non-executive board director placements, and CEO Succession Projects. Christos served previously as a Partner and Founder of multiple boutique search firm; and for fifteen years as Partner/CEO with a national firm of five offices exclusively focused in Life Science C-Suite recruiting, in all roles serving domestic and international clients. From March 2011 - November 2020 Christos served on the Board of Directors of Coherus BioSciences, a NASDAQ traded commercial stage biosimilars company which grew during that period of time from 5 to more than 350 employees, raising >$1B and delivering and commercially launching the first pegfilgrastim biosimilar approved by both the FDA and the European Commission (EC) for patients with cancer receiving myelosuppressive chemotherapy.
