Design and development of plans, processes, and procedures for DISA Cross Domain Enterprise Services (CDES) leading to Assessment and Authorization to Operate (ATO) •Implement Information Assurance Vulnerability Management (IAVM) to effectively track and remediate vulnerabilities, improving IAVM timelines and the systems cyber security posture •Prepare, analyze, track, and manage all documentation comprising a Risk Management Framework (RMF) project Body of Evidence (BOE) through the RMF process utilizing the Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS) system to maintain a continuous ATO •Manage DISA Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) cyber security requirements for CDES program to enforce hardening of all network assets within production & lab boundary •Review Ports Protocols Services Management (PPSM) registration against open reported PPS for accuracy of registration to include submittal of all Non-Standard PPS for approval •Perform continuous monitoring of security controls within eMASS to ensure compliance, gather compelling evidence, and correctness to enhance the organizations cybersecurity posture •Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in the development and maintenance of Plan of Action and Milestones (POA & M) to include the implementation of mitigating controls •Coordinate with Information System Security Manager (ISSM) to meet Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA) requirements using NIST 800-53a Rev. 5 methodologies •Led CDES program to obtaining its first 1-year ATO followed by another 1.5 year ATO by showing leadership the importance of prioritizing RMF and the benefits that it provides •Monitor and review the regular updates/upgrades to hardware/software within CDES baseline architecture to maintain products that are complaint with current cybersecurity standards
