I am a freshman majoring in accounting and finance at Fordham Gabelli School of Business with a 4.0/4.0 GPA.On campus I am active in the Finance Society and Fordham Alternatives Investments Club where my group won first place in the hedge fund sector while representing Disney in a stock pitch.My work experience includes working at two restaurants as both a busser and a host, where I developed strong communication, teamwork, and time management skills while learning how to operate efficiently in fast-paced environments and provide quality service to customers. I am also currently enrolled in a lifeguard certification course that I attend in person every Saturday, which is helping me build responsibility, focus, and the ability to remain calm under pressure as I work toward completing the certification.I am seeking an internship in the accounting and finance industry, with a particular interest in accounting roles such as tax or auditing, as well as finance roles in areas like asset management and fixed income. I am eager to gain hands-on experience, apply what I am learning academically, and continue developing a strong understanding of how businesses operate from both an accounting and investment perspective.
