I am responsible for the implementation and facilitation of training initiatives, procedures and directives.My core functions include: 1. Oversee Company specific training and development for all Agents. Conduct sales training and licensing classes to develop new and experienced Agents. Mentor Agents in Company financial solution design; sales & prospecting techniques; and sales activity training. Implement and teach the New York Life Curriculum. Advise and consult with the management team and the Managing Partner on recruiting and retention efforts.
