ABOUT CHRISTOPH RAUDONAT
I am a strategic leader, advisor and executive coach with a passion for driving organisational excellence, sustainable growth, and global impact. With a career spanning international business, legal, financial services, and life sciences, I thrive on building agile, forward-thinking businesses that create meaningful change. My journey began in small steps, from studying Economics and Law, and working in Facultative Casualty Underwriting in Asia at SwissRe in Zurich, which catapulted me into the corporate world. I was captivated by this new dynamic and subsequently moved to Brussels to work for Wilmer Hale as their Records and Project Manager for the European offices. From there on, I entered the fascinating world of International Cooperation and positions with the World Bank Group and the European Delegation to Papua New Guinea, where I secured $5 million in funding for critical social research projects. These early experiences shaped my ability to navigate cross-cultural environments and deliver results on a global scale. As Executive Director of AIJA – International Association for Young Lawyers, I led transformative governance and financial initiatives, achieving 20% growth in membership and revenue while revitalising the organisation’s global brand. Later, as founder of Valo Business Consulting, I spearheaded refugee integration programmes in Finland, securing a 1500% funding increase and setting new standards for community support. At Henley Business School Germany, I guided the institution through Brexit and COVID-19, securing its first Executive MBA intake in three years, reducing expenditures by 30%, and expanding operations into Brussels. In the corporate realm, as Chief Governance Officer at Oracle Solicitors, I implemented a global growth strategy, ESG frameworks, and OECD-compliant financial structures, enhancing revenue streams and brand visibility.Today, as a Management Advisor and Executive Coach, I help C-suite leaders and international associations navigate transitions, fortify revenue, and embed sustainable practices. I also serve as Chair of the Henley Business School International Alumni Board and Vice Chair for International Business, fostering global collaboration and community engagement.A frequent speaker at industry events, I’m driven by a belief in collaborative leadership, continuous learning, and creating organisational cultures that prioritise performance and people.Let’s connect and explore how we can drive positive, lasting impact together.
