Management of all health and safety issues for a major producer of french fried potato products, employing over 400 people. Ensured compliance directly for operations including production, agricultural services, cold storage warehouse and transportation network. Performed risk assessment, stabilized contractor performance via ISN, resolved issues with emergency response and HAZWOPR in a remote northern location. Utilized Bradylink 360 to achieve an on the floor resource for employees in LOTO and confined space. Utilized Infolink to create a system to reduce and manage forklift safety Ensured compliance with all aspects of OSHA, Homeland Security and most other federal and state agencies. Created a comprehensive orientation program that was key in reducing employee turnover. Built and managed a team including one safety member, a trainer, a nurse and four security professionals.
