ABOUT CHRISTOPHER STEVENS
Chris is a consultant in Ernst & Young’s People Consulting practice, focusing on HR M&A transactions, change management and talent strategy work to help organizations unlock workforce value in alignment with strategic business goals.Prior to joining Ernst & Young full-time in January 2026, Chris completed an internship with the EY workforce advisory team in the summer of 2024, and led two pro-bono people advisory engagements upon his return to school, future talent mapping to help a firm attract generation Z talent, and an organizational scaling strategy to help a firm successfully prepare for a major client acquisition.He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Organizational Behaviour and Human Resources from the University of Calgary, and completed a sustainability program at Copenhagen Business School. During his team at university, Chris led the Business Pride Club, an LGBTQ+ student resource group, and was involved in the JDC West case competition team.
