About Christopher Christo Stanev
Christopher is a textile innovator and sustainability leader with over 35 years of experience in the industry. He co-founded and leads Evrnu SPC, a textile startup that transforms waste into new fibers and fabrics, creating a circular economy for textiles and reducing the environmental impact of the industry.He holds an MBA degree in International Business and a Master of Science in Garment and Textile Engineering. He has invented and patented multiple technologies that improve the sustainability and performance of textile materials, such as NuCycl, a regenerative fiber technology that recycles cotton, PET and stretch garments chemically into new materials. He has also held technical leadership positions at Nike, Gloria Jeans, Target, and Jones Apparel Group, where he managed all aspects of textile development, production, quality, and innovation. His mission is to revolutionize the textile industry with innovative and sustainable solutions that benefit the planet and the people.
