   As a senior innovation leader within Pinnacol’s organization, I own the integrated view of a broad portfolio of complex innovation opportunities, shaping how multiple business and technology elements come together to create original value in the market. I act as the organization’s key enabler of new ideas, moving them from rough concept, through overall solution architecture, and into iterative delivery. To support this full lifecycle of innovation, I work with stakeholders from across the organization, fostering new ideas that bridge business and technology, stretching those opportunities to create greater impact, and ultimately integrating diverse investments within a broad strategic portfolio. Once innovation investments move into development, I collaborates across the Product and Technology organizations to define an overall solution architecture that bridges multiple initiatives, integrating diverse functional capabilities within a flexible technical system. Drawing on my broad view of the organization and market, I help define an iterative approach to development that progressively measures and adapts as complex innovations evolve in practice.
