Hi, my name is Christopher Salazar-Hernandez, and I’m currently a senior at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, majoring in Industrial Engineering with a minor in Business Administration. I’m set to graduate in December 2025. Growing up in a family that owned a construction business, I spent much of my free time learning the ins and outs of project management while working in our Nashville remodeling business, which included government contracts. This early exposure shaped my passion for project coordination and management. I\'ve interned at Tesla and McKenney’s Inc, where I gained hands-on experience managing large-scale construction projects, working closely with cross-functional teams, and solving complex issues in fast-paced environments. I’m excited about continuing to apply my skills in project management, process improvement, and strategic planning.
