As a research practitioner, I have over 7 years\' experience in educational research in both K-12 and higher education learning outcomes, and program evaluation. Further, I have over 3 years of entry-level operational testing research, including utilizing Item Response & Classical Test Theories in validating test scores. Further, I bring experience in planning and executing validity studies through creating unique plans for various clients. As an academic, my research interests include constructing and validating culturally responsive assessments, using both qualitative and quantitative research in educational measurement, and the application of cultural responsiveness and antiracism into quantitative methods (QuantCrit).
