Aviation systems are far more complex than any one tool or dashboard can express, and after 37 years leading, flying, training, scaling, and certifying airlines, I’ve seen firsthand where the operational, safety, and data gaps live.I’m a founder and senior aviation executive with deep experience building and scaling modern airline operations from the ground up. Across my roles at Breeze Airways, Alaska Airlines, Virgin America, ABX Air, and TWA, I’ve led teams through FAA certification, fleet growth, OCC integration, pilot training, safety systems, and high-stakes operational decision-making. What defines my approach is the ability to see the entire aviation ecosystem, including flight operations, dispatch, crew, schedules, maintenance, weather, training, safety, and regulatory constraints, as one interconnected system.
