Hello, my name is Christopher Rouw!I am a BS/MS Aerospace Alum. of CU Boulder, and currently working at Ball Aerospace in Colorado. In my CU days, I had the unique opportunity to work with NASA\'s Colorado Space Grant Consortium where I worked in various roles on the PolarCube 3U CubeSatellite program. With PolarCube, I was able to participate in a Micro-Gravity Flight out of NASA\'s Reduced Gravity Office (RGO), Brief the AirForce and DOD, and attend a multi-day satellite fabrication course hosted by the Air Force Research Lab.After graduation, I joined Ball Aerospace as a Systems Engineer for a civil space program, primarily focusing on requirement verification and validation for the team preparing for delivery to our NASA customer. Upon completion of the programs Pre-Ship Review, I switched to Systems Test Engineer and joined Ball\'s Mechanical Solutions, Mechanisms Test Group, where I have had the opportunity to work on several programs ranging from supporting the recent IXPE program, lead test engineer for various communications gimbals, and lead test engineer for the Roman Space Telescope\'s Wide Field Instrument, Element Wheel mechanism.During my time at Ball, I\'ve also held numerous roles outside of my \"normal\" day job, including acting as the Aerospace Co-Lead for Ball Corporation\'s Young Professionals Network, Systems Integration and Test Intern Coordinator, and a representative for Ball on the AIAA SciTech Conference Guiding Coalition.Outside of my professional life, I am also an endurance athlete. Prior to moving to Colorado, I was an avid Nordic Ski racer and Biathlete. After moving to Colorado, I focused on long endurance running and trithalons. I\'ve since completed multiple marathons, two IRONMAN 70.3, two full distance IRONMANs, and have recently started setting my sights on mountain trail racing. I also love spending time with my family and my two pups.
