On IT Support: As a senior member of the Austin Indeed IT Support team, I have been instrumental in establishing a lasting, positive relationship between our department and our customers through consistent, exceptional service. I blaze trails for my teammates by documenting new processes, recontextualizing unusual inbound requests for more rapid actioning, and articulating team concerns to management. I convey a mutual sense of urgency to my customers, and gain their trust through creative problem-solving and clutch execution. Put simply: I care. Having had the opportunity to work as an individual contributor, I am eager to find a role where I can make a truly outsized impact by using my values and insight to guide the growth of a team. On Games: Having spent over four years in professional game industry quality assurance, I\'ve worked on first-person shooters, a 3D platform/adventure game, and Facebook and iOS mobile apps. I\'ve served a range of senior QA roles including Alpha tester, and team lead for various projects. This breadth of experience has afforded me a multifaceted approach to game development that I hope to continue to foster and grow. I\'d love to expand my career to encompass more user-facing roles and put into practice the lessons I\'ve learned so far about enhancing user experience from a design perspective.
