ABOUT CHRISTOPHER PRATT

Fixed and rotary wing pilot with experience operating throughout Asia, Europe, and the Middle East Excels in task saturated environments as a critical decision maker Flight department leader skilled at managing personnel, training, and administrative tasks Enables safety culture through the promotion of proven hazard identification and risk mitigation techniques Familiar coordinating with high-level leaders regarding to updates/changes to policies and procedures Chris is a professional pilot with experience in fixed and rotary wing flight operations. Following a seven-year career in the United States Marine Corps, Chris transitioned to the Army where he attended Warrant Officer Candidate School and later became a Sikorsky Blackhawk medevac pilot. Later, he qualified on the Airbus UH-72A Lakota supporting brigade level training exercises as a critical response pilot. When he wasn’t flying, he served as the company safety officer, where he led training, published safety related briefings, and provided oversight of hazard/risk mitigation processes. Later, Chris transitioned to become a RC-12H/K Beechcraft King Air 200 Sensitive Reconnaissance Operations (SRO) pilot operating missions along the Korean De-Militarized Zone (DMZ) and throughout the Middle East. Prior to each flight, Chris led thorough flight briefings and communicated about operational threats and mission expectations. Since, Chris has successfully transitioned into the civilian world and currently applies his prior experience as an ISR pilot for L3 Harris Technologies. In the future, Chris looks forward to continually utilizing his leadership, safety, and flight experience and will prove to be an invaluable addition to a growing organization.
