Responsible for ensuring that all Asset Protection and Safety programs within The Home Depot Supply Chain are implemented within a single facility. Initiate and resolve investigations based on KPIs and related data, as well as other indicators. Conduct monthly audit regimen that provides insight into shrink risk, overall safety, and regulatory compliance. Maintain physical security measures including seal compliance and testing program, electronic access systems, and CCTV systems.
