As the Manager of Experience Design at Soundhound Amelia, I mentor, develop and manage a team of experience designers, establishing standards, frameworks, and methodologies for E2E experience design. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, I define, deliver, and refine conversational AI experiences, communicating design concepts through sample dialogs, flow diagrams, prototypes, Agentic modeling and Intent based functionality and routing. My role includes optimizing design phases, determining KPIs for analyzing conversation paths, and guiding intent identification. I apply NLP/NLU concepts, educate stakeholders, and maintain relationships across product, engineering, and business units. Additionally, I contribute to strategic decisions and oversee the user experience from conception to launch, ensuring effective collaboration across teams.
