I have performed oil and gas projects in the Permian, Delaware, Haynesville, Eagle Ford, Bakken, Barnett Shale, Utica, Niobrara, Power River and Green River Basins.Examined title, performed survey review, cured title and negotiated title insurance for twenty-five (25) hospitals valued at over $900MM, mortgaged for the purpose of financing a corporate merger. I assisted representation of the property owner in this transaction.Examined title, performed survey review, cured title and negotiated title insurance for three (3) apartment complexes in Iowa, Texas and South Carolina. purchased for $92MM. I assisted representation of the lender in this transaction.Performed leasehold due diligence review of several hundred commercial leases in preparation for the Chapter 11 bankruptcy of a large US retailer.Confidential project acquisition and development consulting on behalf of a national electric utility company.
