ABOUT CHRISTOPHER NOSAN

I’m Christopher Nosan, a Finance student at Miami University\'s Farmer School of Business, with a minor in Neuroscience. As I work towards my Bachelor of Science in Finance, I am combining my strong analytical skills with my passion for understanding the intricacies of human behavior and decision-making—skills that are essential in both business and healthcare.Through my academic journey and professional experiences, I’ve developed a robust foundation in finance, business computing, and problem-solving, while also honing my leadership, teamwork, and communication skills. At Shaker Heights Country Club, I’ve had the opportunity to work in a customer-facing role, managing event attendance and reservations for up to 500 people. As a lifeguard, I cultivated my ability to stay calm under pressure and strengthened my teamwork by coordinating safety protocols with a team of peers.I’ve also been able to expand my interests beyond finance, engaging in medical-focused groups like the Pre-Med Society, where I deepened my understanding of the healthcare field and built connections with medical professionals and entrepreneurs. Through these experiences, I\'ve gained valuable insights into both the business and medical sectors, and how they intersect.Outside of academics and work, I’ve been an active member of my community and a disciplined athlete, balancing my responsibilities as a varsity lacrosse player while maintaining high standards in both academics and fitness. These experiences have taught me the importance of discipline, empathy, and time management—qualities I bring to all aspects of my life.I’m always eager to connect with professionals in finance, healthcare, or any other fields where I can apply my growing skill set and continue learning.
