Lead the development and implementation of the ESG and sustainability program for Antero Resources and Antero Midstream: Manage the Board ESG Committee and present to Antero Resources and Antero Midstream Board members on a quarterly basis. Formulate and execute strategy and engage both stakeholders and shareholders to better fulfill the Company\'s corporate social responsibility, community investment, and ESG objectives. Incorporate ESG principles into short and long-range capital and operations planning. Develop a roadmap for meeting the 2025 net zero goals for Antero Resources and the 2050 net zero goals for Antero Midstream. Create a carbon offset strategy that delivers both social and climate results for Antero and our stakeholders. Assess and align strategies and investment decisions, and educate others on ESG and sustainability topics to develop stakeholder engagement. Lead the responsibly sourced gas (RSG) certification initiative by partnering with Project Canary. Create an ESG Advisory Council comprised of leaders from across the organization tasked with managing climate change risks and opportunities. Work with a global consulting firm to develop and publish the Taskforce on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) for Antero Resources and Antero Midstream.
