As an innovative and strategic technology leader, I bring forth technical concepts and solutions to solve multiple divisional and business unit operational challenges, while executing the objectives to meet the technology project goals of an organization. One of my recent accomplishments is in technology project management where I scoped, procured, and ushered in the use of License Plate Recognition (LPR) technology at Princeton University for campus virtual permit issuance and parking enforcement management.With diplomacy and thought leadership, I work with executives, management and cross functional teams to ensure projects are well planned and executed. I demonstrate analytical prowess and technical advocacy through equipping technical resources and program databases. As a result of the work that I perform, administrative program enhancements are developed, data silos are removed from organization allowing dynamic data usage, and streamlined cross functional access that allows systematic sharing. My expertise is in software creation, along with business intelligence discovery and technology operations modeling.As a successful entrepreneur, I was able lead a mobile application development service company for over 10 years. I secured various prestigious clients and organizations while performing simulations and fulfilling employment duties. Uniquely with this experience, I have proven to be self-motivated, with high work ethic, and demonstrate leadership and technical direction. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration and I am currently pursuing Masters of Science in Information Systems Management. My aim is to utilize all of my combined entrepreneurship and previous employment experience and skills to support one organizational mission in a leadership capacity.I enjoy working in technology project planning and management, evaluating and creating technical resources for implementation, bringing new solutions concepts to an organization backed by solid business approaches using data and creating buy-in as a technology leader.
