About Christopher Morgan
22 year Military Veteran of The United States Army. As my time in civilian life grows, it is becoming more clear where the gap is. Military lessons I live by: Don\'t be Late, Light, or Last. Although issues arise, simply shifting the date to the right is not the answer. When you make a commitment, fulfill it. Do not decrease scope just because it suits you. Never be the last to cross the finish line. Sure, you might not be the fastest in the race, but that is not an excuse to give up. The only thing worse than a bad decision is no decision. I see this far too often. We are so fearful of being wrong that we spend inordinate amounts of time analyzing, discussing, scheduling meetings, re-analyzing and then realize the market is leaving us behind. We have to be ok with making mistakes and accepting the consequences of those. The mere prospect of failure should not inhibit our ability to act. When in the absence of leadership, lead. If nobody is brave enough to step up to the plate, grab your bat and make things happen. Don\'t wait for someone else to take the reigns. Ask for help from me if need be!
