   In the 2018 elections, Grant’s company Big Dog Strategies was overwhelmingly successful in the races they consulted for, including Rep. Will Hurd’s district that Hillary Clinton carried in 2016. In Kansas, Grant successfully led Steve Watkins through an unlikely win in the crowded Republican primary and onto a successful bid for election against a well-funded & well-known opponent. In addition to his work as lead consultant, Grant also oversaw the direct mail campaign for Marsha Blackburn’s senatorial campaign, in which she was elected the first female U.S. Senator in the state of Tennessee. Big Dog Strategies also provided cutting-edge direct mail, creative, and strategies for dozens of clients in more than 20 states during the 2018 midterms.
