About Chris McGivern

Human Resources Executive with more than two decades of experience, having worked in both union and non-union environments; multi-location and multi-state. I am recognized for my strong business acumen and leadership approach grounded in exceptional guest service and servant leadership. Over the course of my career, I played a key role in opening two $500 million casino properties as well as other company expansions. While the majority of my experience is rooted in hospitality, I have also held leadership roles in retail, REITs, and early-stage technology organizations. Prior to my HR career I was a successful high school teacher and coach, an experience that continues to influence my people-focused leadership style.
