   In June 2023, I was selected & confirmed through NSA\'s competitive selection process to be the next Chief of Staff for the Talent Management (TM) Group. TM is NSA’s strategic human capital leader, delivering programs & services to enhance quality of life for NSA employees & promote it as an employer of choice. Serving as TM\'s Chief Resource Officer, I will execute an annual budget of over $95M and guide over 900 human capital experts & strategic leaders as they charge ahead to achieve the extraordinary hiring goal of people in 2023 and people over the next six years. Orchestrating mission execution between TM\'s four offices (Talent Identification & Acquisition, Human Capital Operations, Occupational Health & Wellbeing, and Strategic Talent Solutions), I will focus on successfully: PROVIDING STRATEGIC SUPPORT TO ALL NSA LEADERSHIP through: Developing, prioritizing & implementing strategic workforce planning efforts Leading all talent management initiatives, including recruitment & retention, compensation & recognition programs Nurturing trusted relationships with all stakeholders to support & drive mission initiatives DEVELOPING & EXECUTING WORKFORCE STRATEGIES TO HIRE & RETAIN THE BEST TALENT by: Building a diverse, expert workforce while focusing on process agility & data analytics Mitigating unconscious bias in hiring & achieving diversity in all skill fields at all levels Improving the hiring experience for applicants Identifying root causes of attrition & implementing actions to address & mitigate them SUPPORTING THE PROFESSIONAL HEALTH & WELL-BEING OF EMPLOYEES via: Implementing and optimizing policies & programs that support occupational health, employee safety, environmental stewardship & wellness Resolving employee disputes & grievances quickly at the lowest level possible Revamping business processes, technology & infrastructure to increase access to & utilization of human capital services
