   I am a partner in Sheppard Mullin’s Government Contracts and Business Trials practice groups, and represent corporate and individual clients in all phases of complex civil litigation in federal and state courts throughout the country. I have extensive litigation, arbitration and appellate experience involving a wide range of issues, including the qui tam provisions of the False Claims Act, securities and accounting fraud, commercial contract and partnership disputes, and the Sherman Antitrust Act. In addition, I have substantial experience advising financial institutions and trustees regarding their fiduciary obligations, and representing trustees and trusts in fiduciary litigation. I have also represented clients in connection with investigations by government agencies, including the U.S. Department of Justice, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the U.S. General Services Administration, and various Offices of the Inspector General, and I conduct and manage internal investigations of public companies and privately held entities on a variety of issues, including allegations of accounting irregularities, fraud, and violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and the False Claims Act.In 2014, 2015 and 2016, I was included on the Washington, DC Super Lawyers list for business litigation attorneys in Super Lawyers Magazine and The Washington Post Magazine, which recognized attorneys who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement.
