HR executive specializing in Total Rewards, Leadership Development, Organizational Transformation, and HR Operations.I serve on the senior leadership team of a global provider of above-ground storage tank solutions and industrial services company, reporting directly to the CEO and helping shape the organization’s approach to workforce strategy, compensation, leadership development, and performance management. I also present regularly to the Board of Directors and Compensation Committee on key talent, organizational, and reward initiatives.My career has progressed through a series of increasingly senior HR leadership roles spanning HR operations, shared services, total rewards, leadership development, and enterprise talent strategy.
