Operations Learning and Development Manager - Greater Manchester Training Hub\\\\nLead, design and deliver high quality learning and development interventions and project operations of learning and development functions for the primary care workforce. This includes the delivery, commissioning and implementation of learning and development programmes and effective coordination and administration of all the learning and development targeted at the primary care workforce across Greater Manchester, whilst supporting the clinical and strategic business leads.\\\\nProvide on-going monitoring and evaluation of learning interventions making recommendations and changes for improvement. Promote and facilitate all statutory and mandatory training for GMTH staff and produce performance and quality reports for various development interventions.\\\\nDeliver and provide expert and specialist advice to GMTH Clinical Leads on learning and development issues.\\\\n\\\\nKey Achievements:\\\\n• Creation of the Fellowship leadership pillar support for GP and GPN Fellowship programmes.\\\\n• The design, accreditation, and implementation of the GMTH ILM Assured:\'Coaching and Mentoring skills programme\' and the \'Leading in Primary Care programme\', to support GPs, nurses, and multi-disciplinary teams across Greater Manchester.\\\\n• The creation of the GMTH coaching and mentoring skills training, and the development of the support network for experienced health care professionals.\\\\n• The accreditation of the Wider Workforce Clinical Supervision course for Greater Manchester Primary Care, with the Royal College of General Practitioners.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
