I have worked in IT end user support for 24 years, primarily gaining experience in asset life-cycle, bare metal imaging, environment security patching and packaging, as well as managing a large domestic team, to support a global company. As a manager I take pride in providing my team the tools and leadership to provide our stakeholders with first class support.I\'m always striving to bring 100% to the work that I do, and ensure to be a positive leader/ mentor to my team using a \'lead by example\' approach.
