Involved in all aspects of information technology, services, and security for a growing financial institution, I have supported expansion of technical capability with multiple server installation and data migration projects while maintaining full system availability and reliability. I have championed and implemented multiple process improvements and technical enhancements to increase productivity, reduce costs, and improve customer experiences.I created and manage a full disaster recovery program with ongoing assessment processes to ensure compliance with all corporate and regulatory policies and procedures to protect data and maintain confidentiality of customer information.
