Proven Software Development Manager dedicated to inspiring teams to excel and reach their full potential. Ultimately I managed multiple teams of talented engineers in the SW Configuration Management, Cloud DevOps, and Engineering Escalations domains; growing them to accommodate the increasing scale and complexity of our products. I also became subject matter expert for multiple corporate activities including ISO 27001 certification, litigation activities related to SW releases, and customer technical queries about product capabilities.At Nokia I was the single point of contact between application R&D and the device creation programs, transforming a chaotic and unproductive relationship into an effective communication channel between all organizations involved. I planned and executed client software deliveries to more than 100 different mobile phone products ensuring on-time delivery of the expected content and satisfactory out-of-box experiences for consumers.
