Directs Visual Narratives: Orchestrates the creation and execution of engaging window and in-store displays, meticulously planning the visual story and customer journey to maximise product visibility and drive engagement.• Executes Foundation of Visual Merchandising: Implements and maintains high-end retail standards through the meticulous care and preparation of garments, including steaming, ironing, and sampling clothes for display. This foundational work supports the strategic use of block displays and other commercial techniques, ensuring that every product is perfectly presented to enhance the overall customer experience and drive sales.• Designs Immersive Environments: Acts as a key member of the creative team, designing dynamic shop floor layouts and installations that transform the retail space into an immersive environment, enhancing the overall brand experience.• Manages Creative Production: Oversees the end-to-end production of visual displays, from conceptualisation and material selection to hands-on execution, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within brand guidelines.• Translates Brand Identity: Interprets brand campaigns and seasonal trends into tangible, compelling visual experiences, ensuring the Primark identity is consistently and creatively represented throughout the store.• Utilises Commercial Awareness: Balances artistic vision with strategic commercial goals, creating displays that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also optimised for sales performance and customer flow.• Translates Partner Identities: Interprets and implements the distinct brand identities of high-profile collaborations (e.g, Rita Ora, Wednesday collections), ensuring seamless integration with the core Primark narrative.• Orchestrates Off-Hours Productions: Leads and executes visual directives during night shifts, ensuring the store is transformed and fully prepared for business before opening hours.
