Global lead on project to simplify and standardize existing freight audit and payment services across heritage DuPont’s N&B businesses by moving to one global provider. Effort involves coordinating between logistics, procurement, and finance organizations on the design, user acceptance, training, and implementation of solution across different geographies while also communicating with impacted carriers to ensure uninterrupted service to customers. Moving to one global FAP provider is expected to generate $700M in annual run rate savings. Project lead for advanced planning optimization / production planning and detailed scheduling implementations across multiple plant sites in North America. Project management activities include assessing each site’s current capabilities, mapping out the complexity of the production process and identifying bottleneck resources to develop a tool whereby planners can maximize plant capacity output. The multi-site roll-out has the potential to generate $37MM in capacity release benefits.
