I am a Project Manager in the Environmental Services Division. I specialize in multidisciplinary efforts for large projects. I am the generation permitting technical lead, acting as a liaison between divisions within Burns & McDonnell and coordinating various PMs\' marketing efforts for power generation. I also oversee all of the noise studies we perform. My projects typically involve assisting clients with compliance for federal, state, and/or local regulations. These clients come from a very diverse range of industry types, but the bulk of my work is with the power production and distribution industries. My projects have spanned the entire US as well as Canada, Mexico, Africa, and the Middle East. Some of my projects are inherently contentious, requiring either testimony at public hearings or assistance during litigation. I have successfully provided expert testimony and/or assistance to my clients\' lawyers during cross examination on quite a few projects. Other projects present unique challenges. I strive to achieve a solution that is mutually satisfactory for the client, the regulators, and often the opposition.Specialties: Project ManagementNEPA/CEQA technical document preparationEIS/EAPredictive Noise Modeling (CadnaA and TNM)Noise Abatement Ambient Noise Measurement and AnalysisExpert TestimonyAir Quality Modeling (AERMOD, CALPUFF, various others)Air Construction/Operation Permitting
