Since joining Accenture in 1997, my career has been focused on learning development and delivery; specifically with the Accenture Academy. I have been involved in the design, development, evolution and promotion of the Accenture Academy offering from its beginning, and hold a patent as a co-inventor of the Supply Chain Academy. My current role as Senior Manager of Infrastructure encompasses the development and management of the Accenture Academy learning management system application, online user experience, support operations & digital solutions, as well as marketing and application support oversight, in support of more than 100 global clients.
